Willow Weaving

Lesson: Art and design

We have been very forunate to have an artist in school creating a willow sculpture to take pride of place in our school grounds. Children from across the year groups have worked together to create a sculpture of a boy and a girl, and several other smaller structures including books and musical notes.

The children worked well together with Year 6 assisting the other year groups to complete the work.
