Breakfast/ Afterschool Club
School fun is not just between 8.45am and 3.15pm. All children are welcome in our Breakfast and After School clubs where trained members of staff will supervise and entertain the children who attend.
A link is emailed to parents weekly when they wish to book their child(ren) onto breakfast and/or after school club. This form will be emailed out on a weekly basis for you to book your requirements. The form will be available during the school week but will close each Thursday morning for our office staff to create a register for the club for the week ahead.
Both breakfast and after school club will be available throughout term time but must be booked in advance via the form emailed to parents.
Though late bookings will be accepted these are strongly discouraged and due to the requirement to limit numbers in after school club, places are not guaranteed. There is an additional charge for a same day booking.
There are limited places available and booking in advance is essential to secure a place. However, this is not normally a problem as we monitor the number of children due to attend, to make sure we are in ratio with staff. If the numbers are higher than anticipated we will ask an extra member of staff to cover the club where possible.

Because we are part of the Government inititive to save money for families, we can offer all children,
FREE OF CHARGE, breakfast club provision from 8.15am.
Children are welcomed into Breakfast club in the morning with a calm, gentle introduction to the day. They are offered a variety from cereals, fruit, toast etc. which they enjoy from 7.30am onwards until the start of the school day, often surrounded by calming music in a warm and friendly environment. This ensures that children enjoy the most important meal of the day with their friends, with the assurance of a healthy breakfast to start the day. We understand that parents have very busy working lives and Breakfast club ensures that children are not rushed into school with parents worrying about being late for work.
Please book your child to attend on the form emailed weekly.
After School Club

End of school until 4.30pm - £7.50 per day
End of school until 5.30pm - £9.00 per day
If you have not booked in advance and make a same day booking for breakfast or after school booking there is a surcharge of £2 extra. We do offer a sibling discount of 50p. per session, per day and this is applied to the oldest sibling's account. If you have to cancel your booking we do require a 48 hour notice period; failure to do so will incur the full charge.
Children are very keen to attend our After school club. We provide different activities for children to practise their team building skills in a fun and inventive way. We have computer software, soft play, cinema time, dressing up clothes, games, colouring and drawing, a quiet place for home activities and much more.
Children are offered a healthy snack to build up energy levels in between the end of school and their tea time at home. These snacks consist of drinks and healthy nibbles like crackers, sandwiches, breadsticks, fruit, crumpets etc.
Children are able to attend extra curricular clubs after school and then go into After School club for parents who are working late.
Points to note....
Please be aware that all bookings and payments must be made one week in advance to ensure a place is available.
Late bookings cannot be guaranteed. If a booking is made on the same day an additional £2.00 fee is charged.
It is very important that parents sign their children in and out of both Breakfast and After School club.
Our main purpose is to ensure the children's safety and we want to be sure that children leave our clubs secure and happy.
Please inform us immediately of any changes to the adult who will be picking up your child to enable us to add this information to our contact details along with parental information and phone numbers etc.
If you do not collect your child from the club, it would be necessary for us to contact social care to inform them of a non-collection.
Please ensure you are always available via mobile phone whilst your child is attending Breakfast or After School club to ensure that we can contact you immediately if needed.
