Peer Mentors

We look after each other

I was delighted to have the chance to present our Peer Mentors with their Peer Listener certificates in assembly this morning, along with their Peer Mentor badges.

The children have gone through rigorous training to become an important part of our school. 

The children across the school listened this morning as to how they would access the Peer Mentors (via the Buddy Stop at playtime and at various places on the playground at lunchtimes) and how adults would be informed of any serious worries.

I'm sure our new Peer Mentors will be a welcome addition to our school and provide a further layer of support for our children.
