Britain's Longest Serving Monarch

On 9th September the children all wore red, white and blue for a right royal occasion and this was just the start of the celebration! The children explored what is means to be British and the important British values.

A wonderful day ensued with art, crafts, music and dance as the children researched the royal family and in particular our record breaking, longest serving monarch.

This lively, interactive and humorous assembly taught the children all about Great Britain as they also learned about pitch, timbre and volume.

A fun day had by all and huge congratulations to The Queen from all at Garswood Primary School!
