Class: Year 5 Year: 2019 - 2020
Fantastic navigational skills from Year 5 today. They had to used grid references for lines of latitude and longitude from around the globe to identify key places and then plot some of their own. They also had to research the tropics, equator and Greenwich Meridian and their significance to our topic.
Very tricky stuff. Even Christopher Columbus would have struggled.
