Celebrating Shrove Tuesday

Class: Nursery Year: 2016 - 2017

The children learned all about Shrove Tuesday and how we celebrate it here in Britain, compared to other places around the globe including Russia, Rio and America.

We discovered how pancakes are made before making our very own. Children were able to choose from a selection of delicious toppings and apply them themselves.

A wonderful day celebrating a very tasty British tradition.
