World Book Day 2026 Fun!

World Book Day this year was a brilliant blast of creativity and joy! Everyone got involved, dressing up as their favourite storybook characters and sharing their love of reading with smiles all around.

Our storytelling sessions were full of laughter and excitement, with children eagerly sharing their favourite tales.
Kindness shone through as everyone listened carefully and cheered each other on, making the day extra special.

Community Scavenger Hunt: Adventures in Reading

We took reading beyond the classroom with a super fun scavenger hunt around Garswood village! Families teamed up to follow clues and discover secret book spots hidden all over our local area.

Children and parents worked together, showing amazing teamwork and curiosity.
This event was a wonderful way to bring families closer and celebrate learning outside school.
Lots of ambition and determination as everyone cracked the clues and uncovered new stories!
