Year 1 Garden - Things are starting to grow!!

Class: Year 1 Year: 2014 - 2015

Year 1 got very excited this week as some of the things in our garden are beginning to grow! We noticed that our broad beans and some of our bulbs are starting to show shoots above the soil and some of our plants have grown so they are too big for their pots!. Some of the children took on the task of repotting some of the plants so that they can continue to grow. We were particularly excited that our apple seeds (from snack time) have now grown into very small seedlings - We hope that one day day they will be fully grown trees!
