Y2 had a very exciting, informative day at The World of Glass.  They learned all about how glass was made in St Helens many years ago and explored the tunnels of the cone building.  They also had a 'hands on session' finding out about different types of glass and their uses.  They enjoyed painting their own glasses to take home but the best part was watching a live glass blowing demonstration.  Y2 were able to choose their own handmade glass bowl.  Such a wonderful day!
